We hired Classical Pavers to hopefully resolve all our issues, and boy did they deliver. These guys are true landscape engineers! They uprooted the previously installed pavers, flawlessly re-pitched and graded the base, planned for all the possible drainige issues that might come up, and completely cleaned the pavers and property of any remnants of their work. All work was completed in only 2 days including a repair to my patio pavers. He is passionate and educated about what he does and makes sure you know how to maintain your landscape. "I can't say enough about King Pavers. Julio, Edelson and the team did an amazing job on our new driveway, walkway, patio, porch and landscape wall! Our only mistake was not calling Julio first. We began this project in March with another company, and were left with nothing - no new driveway, non-existent communication. We found King Pavers after a new search of paving contractors and noticed that King Pavers had stellar reviews, so we called for an estimate in September. Julio responded promptly, visited with us, and immediately demonstrated why his company was so well-regarded. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He offered great design ideas that none of the other firms we met with had. We decided to go with King Pavers, and planned on doing the project in December (weather permitting) or in the spring. We lucked out - this month has been warm, so King Pavers scheduled the job. It took four days from start to finish - Julio and his team showed up every day before 8am, and worked full days to make it happen. The work was neat, they made sure to clean up the job site each day, and communication was excellent as Julio explained everything that was going to be worked on each day. As for the end result - I can't say enough how happy we are with the work King Pavers did for us! I'm pretty picky, and I have yet to find ANYTHING to complain about, LOL - Pavers are level (yes, I took a level to all the work to confirm), cuts are clean and precise, and the job looks AMAZING. Seeing the quality of the work, my neighbor asked Julio to fix issues with his existing paver walkway done by someone else, and was so happy with the work he is now planning future work with King Pavers (and two other neighbors were so impressed they asked for King Paver's contact info). I don't write many reviews - usually if I am very pleased or really unhappy. Julio and King Pavers did what they said they would, communicated well throughout the process, and dealt with us with honesty. They earned our business and through their effort, this 5 star review. "PHENOMENAL. I CANNOT express enough the respect, honesty, integrity, character and pride CARL BONGIORNO, his sons Carl Jr and Garrett have. His crew exceptional. Carl explained every detail of each progress as it was taking place. He spoke everything over in a clear and concise way so that I was completely understanding of the entire project. As each phase ended. Carl made sure to come and inspect all to ensure that all was as it should be. I asked him any question that came to mind and he always took the time to again make sure that his answer made sense to me. I was supposed to use this gentleman’s services last year but my mother became very ill and I had to do a lot of traveling back and forth to NJ so I could not have the project started until now. I was so IMPRESSED with Carl to begin with last year because he was the only person, of three companies, in ANGIE’S list, who immediately returned my phone call immediately (within an hour) when I initially contacted him. I told him I would not forget him when I was able to start my project. Although, when I called him back this time and had to postpone the project a bit, Carl said “no problem, we’ll be able to put aside some time for you.” My mother had passed two months back and so it delayed things. Carl even took the time to send me condolences for my mother’s passing . This man his family deserve a 1000+ rating. I knew that when a contractor, such as Carl Sr., shows up for consultation with a potential customer in an IMPECCABLY clean red BONGIORNO and SONS Company truck, this person takes GREAT PRIDE in his company, his family name and his crew. I am smiling beyond smiling. My Mama is smiling too. She loved to say, when she was able to come out from m NJ, “let’s go have coffee and grapes out on the our “veranda” (aka the deck).” She is definitely smiling down on me and that gorgeous new veranda and pool patio. The veranda is for you, Ma. I know you’re winking at me on that one Ma. I got so emotional when they finished on Sunday. I felt like I was saying goodbye to FAMILY. Just an awesome experience. Carl, his sons and crew... ROCK BIG TIME.!!! Honesty, integrity and great character are such a rare things these days. Absolutely a man of his word. When I am able, I will submit photos. Their customer service and satisfaction is superb. Updated 8/26/2019: That on the last day of job on Saturday, because I loved this man so much, I added on a last minute item. I needed a sectioned off area under the veranda (deck) filled with pebbles that matched the pavers color of the pool patio. It was not even an issue for him. Within a half hour they were back with the supplies needed. It was added on done immediately. Unbelievable! Carl and Carl Jr.. even came back to personally tweak something on the veranda. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Customer Service."
