"Everything with american standard roofing went great. Their pricing was right in line (or less) than the other 3 quotes I received. The guy giving the estimate did not have a hard sales pitch or some stupid slide show on a tablet. They simply quoted the job and let me make a decision with out any pressure. When it came to install day they came with a massive crew and had all of the work completed within the same day. I had a lot of decking boards that were rotted and needed to be replaced as well. The new roof looks great and it does not leak."

"I called for an estimate about 9 a.m. and the secretary said someone would be out between 1 and 3pm At 10:30 am the esitmator called and said he could come now and it was OK with me so he did. He put his ladder up on the roof but did not go up onto the roof to examine the chimneys. Said he could tell they needed new caps and tuck pointing. He wrote up an estimate, was professional. I would consider using them again but went with a company that actually went on roof, took photos for me and gave me two choices on how to fix the issues. "I highly recommend Roof-Rite based on my experience with them recently. I called and left a message to ask if they repaired skylights. I got a very quick call back and talked with a very nice lady who said they did and someone would contact me shortly. She said that it might be a few days, which was fine, but I appreciated the honesty. As she said, I was contacted by Mark who arranged to come by and take a look. He arrived on time and fixed the leak right then, after telling me the cost, which was very reasonable. He said it would be good to recaulk all of the skylights and he inspected other things on the roof, caulking where needed. I waited to do this review until after a storm and I am so pleased. I am leak-free for the first time in many many years (other companies came out and said they fixed them, but they did not). "Mr Napier replaced the roof on my Pastor's house and garage and repaired the roof on our church and steeple. He performed the work at no charge because our church is small. His work crew was polite and efficient and left the work site clean. They removed all the debris. The job was done quickly and was a blessing to our church. <br />"
