"Stabil solutions did a fantastic job of levelling my driveway when portions of it had sunk with age and erosion around it. They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! A year after the work, a small flaw was discovered in the walkway work, and the owner himself came out to correct the issue. Very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. "Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

"We were quoted a price of $195 to re-install our existing mailbox on a new post that would look as much like our neighbors' as possible, and we double-checked to be sure that this price included all labor, parts, etc before proceeding. The mailbox was instead mounted on a much thicker, stronger post and we were charged $250. "We had no idea of the extend of the damage until Joe began removing windows which revealed extreme damage to our home. Complete removal of the front wall of our home was absoutley necessary. We had to order new windows and doors but the floor also needed repair as well. This project revealed short cuts in the orgianal construction of our home. Every time we opened up part of the wall more damage even to one corner of the house needed new support work as well. All new sideing and trim was required to complete the job correctly.Work was a bit longer than expected but he warned us of the fact due to the nature of water damage and what can result. Neat and tidy job site at the end of the day.Could not have found a better person for the job.In fact he is going to put a new deck on our home very shortly once permits are granted.We chose time and materials which we were pleased.I would highly recommend Grime Construction and definitley use them again."
