"I had another landscaper out to grade my back lot so that I could plant a lawn. The other guy left a giant hole and big ruts in the yard and left with all my money. Nagas came out to fix what the other guy did and finish the job. They removed several large root balls leftover from fallen trees, dug out some grape vines and ivy, and graded the whole lot to make it ready for grass seed. They ended up doing it in two sessions because of ground moisture and when the regular skid steer wouldn't work because of moisture Jason arranged to have a track loader finish the job. I didn't pay for any of the job until it was all complete. I am now ready for grass seed in time for planting season. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost!

"We hired A & R Contracting for a master bedroom closet renovation. They removed the old, outdated, ventilated wire shelving and installed new, custom-built loading shelves. They built the shelves off-site to help with the project efficiency. They did a beautiful job. Not to mention, they are very good working with the many surprises that come with the terrain of a 1930's home where nothing is plumb. Everything had to be customized to fit properly. They worked tirelessly to ensure I was satisfied with all the details of the shelving unit, such as building lips on the shelving edges, down to the quarter round molding. I really appreciated their professionalism and collaboration around the project details. They strive for the highest quality and take great pride in their work. Decks Plus owner, Mr. Sira, kept all appointments during the project.  He converted a rough concept into a detailed plan, described what he would do, and did what he promised.  This was accomplished with a simple contract only.

Sira and his team were unobtrusive in their work habits.  They were neat in the arrangement and storage of building materials and tools and they kept the work area tidy and organized.  

Weather intruded only slightly during the work, even though April weather is not exactly predictable.  The project entailed work over several days, encompassing perhaps two weeks from start to finish with weather interruptions.

I rate the price for the job as "good" instead of "excellent" for the simple reason that I had nothing with which to compare.  During my initial consultation with Mr. Sira, I concluded that he was honest, competent, and committed to the quality of his work.  He gave me an estimate, and I accepted it.  I have no regrets about it and an quite pleased with the work and its performance."
