"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"They did a great job. They were willing to walk me through all my different options and then were very open about how things were going. I'm a very curious person when it comes to these things, so I asked hundreds of questions, and they were willing an happy to answer all of them. The price was honest, and they even cut me a reduction because the job lasted longer than they had originally esitmated."

"I got multiple bids for this job because we had problems with our old system that were not resolved to our satisfaction. - Service Experts and the other companies all gave free estimates. - The technician from Service Experts who gave us a bid was the most knowlegable of the four different salespersons who gave bids.  Two other things impressed me: (1) I was informed that two service technicians would come to install the new system if I decided to have the job done, and (2) The unit that was recommended had a decibel rating of just 62.  I did some online research and found that most 2 ton units have a decibel rating of at least 70 and most are about 72 to 74 decibels.  I did further research and found that the difference between 62 and 72 decibels is very significant. - The unit would go next to a patio area and quiet operation was important to me.  -  When the day of installation arrived, two clean cut technicians arrived and finished the work in just 5 hours, which included the removal of the old system and all of its parts as well as cleaning up the work area.  A very cool touch screen thermometer control unit was installed which is very easy to use.  The unit has worked perfectly and it is VERY QUIET. - In fact, I am still amazed at how quiet that unit is.  The Service Experts technician/salesperson says it is the quietest unit in the industry - and I believe him!"

"Woke up on Sunday morning and heater was not working. House was at 44 F. Called for service and service representative Chip was dispatched within 20 minutes. Problem was diagnosed as a plugged vacuum line and was fixed very quickly. Chip did a thorough service of the heater while he was there. Price charged was just for an off-hour service call. Very professional and friendly service <br />"

"Water heater is still going strong! My parents had been using a local handyman, but the results were typically short lived. I wanted to find a group that could get things done right, and it appears this group fits. I'm very pleased."

"Had serviced old unit for several years and kept me well informed of its condition and amperage usage.  When it started to use what he felt was excessive electricity , he informed me of potential savings of newer current unit.  He was on time and had all materials on hand when he showed up for our appointment.   His crew was friendly and cleaned up after installation well.  I will for sure continue to use his services."

"We first had a problem a week ago and they came out and got it going and it worked for about a week and then we noticed that our fan was not blowing as hard as usual.  We called and they immediately responded and found the defective valve.  Did not charge us a service call the second time as he felt his repairman should have found the valve problem on first appointment. Also did not charge for all freone as he said some of it leaked because of the faulty valve.  They are very honest and come when you need it most.  Highly recommend them for any air conditioning problems. <br />"

"We have 3 heating units in our 5500 sq foot home.  We had all the units cleaned, including the coils, fans and all the ducts through out the house.  We have 32 air vents thru out the home.  One of the heating units had a poor set up for the return air so they redid some duct work and added another return vent and it made the unit much more energy efficient.  We found Superior Air while we were at Costco.  When we talked to their guy, we told him we had called alot of other companies that either said they couldn't do the job or they never called us back.  He told us that they would be out the following morning to give an estimate.  To our surprise they were at our home at 10am the next morning.  After meticulously going over everything and giving us a price which we thought was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done we scheduled them to come the next day.  There were there at 9am on time and worked until almost 6pm non stop.  They finished the new duct work and today they came  back at 9 to start the duct cleaning.  These guys are very professional and did an awesome job.  I would highly recommend them and use them again. <br />"

FAQs for air ducts & vents cleaning service projects in Hurricane, UT

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that air duct cleaning is not required unless visible issues such as mold buildup, rodent droppings, or excessive dust are present. When such conditions exist, cleaning becomes essential to protect indoor air quality and maintain HVAC efficiency. This approach minimizes potential health risks and extends the system’s life.

Air ducts must be cleaned every three to five years as required by NADCA to preserve system efficiency and indoor air quality. The EPA insists that cleaning is necessary only when significant issues such as mold, pest infestations, or heavy dust accumulation are evident. Annual inspections by a certified professional promptly address any emerging concerns.

The ideal seasons for air duct cleaning are spring and fall. Cleaning during these periods prepares your HVAC system for the demands of both winter heating and summer cooling. These seasons provide moderate weather conditions that enable efficient service completion while minimizing disruption, ensuring your system performs at its peak.

Professional air duct cleaning takes a fixed duration of two to five hours, depending on the home’s size and the complexity of the duct system. Smaller residences with standard ductwork complete the service in two hours, while larger homes with extensive ducts require up to five hours. Additional repairs may extend this duration.

To prepare for professional air duct cleaning, ensure all vents are unobstructed by moving nearby furniture and clearing pathways. Secure any pets in a safe area and confirm that your HVAC system units are easily accessible for technician inspection. Proper preparation contributes to a higher quality service outcome and prevents delays, allowing the cleaning process to proceed efficiently.
