"Second Nature Home Improvement team was awesome. I got a free estimate for all the work we needed. Company sent the contracts same night. So I agreed, they went to work the next Monday from when they came out. Very knowledgeable team, no matter what we needed they did it all, Bathroom Remodel, Flooring,Plumbing, Electrical work, outside hand rail, dishwasher hook up with pluming new electric outlets, they switched out an entire window for us. Water proofing part of the basement. Door repair, and a ton of small projects, the List goes on.... they literally do it all. Also anything the team saw that was an issue with our house Tommy would call to let us know. Super quick to suggest repairs of the said issues, and super quick with price quote. The original quote was for 1 month of work. even with all the extra stuff we kept adding on. The team finished everything in less then a months time. the pictures don't even begin to do justice, nor really show the terrific work they did. If you saw the before and after, looks like a completely different house. Very trust worthy team. We weren't living at the house during the remodel. We had just bought the house and had not moved in yet. Gave team the code to the front door. Gave them complete trust in our house and doing the awesome work they did. also I was over an hour away so most of our communication was by text, or phone calls, and photos. They were on the same page as me the entire remodel. This company has our future business, and anyone that I know that needs any kind of work done for the history of the company. "my brother and I are disabled veterans and Eddie Keller was able to help  with our rain gutters and since we were ripped off by another Barboursville WV. construction company he fixed our rain gutters for free. they no longer leak. They have been leaking for years and probably did damage to our foundation. i am so grateful for his help! i feel very lucky i was able to find such an honorable and reliable company for this work. i would recommend them over any company i have dealt with for the last 15 years i have been living here. now i can begin to repair the damage from all the years of water damage  and start painting etc. i will enjoy this work. <br />"

It has lifts that raise and lower to load your vehicle inside, to keep it clear from the elements. I needed them to transport my deceased brother's vehicle to me in Texas- that car is my heart now as my brother cherished it so! I needed a quality company- one that I could trust and most of all, rely on to get the vehicle to me in pristine condition. They did just that! And, I don't want to forget the Driver as well as he could not have been more professional. I HIGHLY recommend this auto transport company. "I received an elevator kit and assembled it myself. The instructions were OUTSTANDING! Clear, concise, comprehensive. Hired someone to cut the hole in the garage attic floor and installed it myself."

"Melissa and John were wonderful from our initial contact until the job was completed. They removed a 43 year old shower and base and also a wall and header. Stripped the walls to the studs and enlarged the new area by 2', making the space over 4' wide. They installed new poured floor and backer board and replumbed the fixtures and drain. The old bathroom tile floor was also replaced in a nice patter tile floor. The new shower was tiled and has 2 rows of accent glass tiles plus 2 built in areas for items like soap and shampoo, one is lower for my wife to use when shaving her legs, a very practical touch. Every day they placed down protective covers over the hardwood floors, stairs and carpet too. They were super neat, cleaned the work daily and very careful as they moved thru the house. They were always prompt when starting their day and never wasted any time. I rate their work as excellent, they are great and hard workers. <br />"

"I tried to get numerous people to come and fix the leaks I had in my roof. When I called Brian Jones, he came instantly and had the materials ordered the very next day. By the following Monday he had all of the materials and was working on the roof. The job was completed in four days. He was prompt, punctual and very professional. All of his men worked very well and left the place cleaner than it was before they had arrived. I was very impressed with everything. Brian went through the city and followed everything to a T; even checking certain tiles he found to make sure they did not contain asbestos. My entire community keeps commenting on how good the job looks."
