So we decided to get someone else in to clean the carpets. He was very nice and professional. He was in and out in about an hour and did a fantastic job. All the spots came up except one (red something was spilled in one of the bedrooms and wouldn't come out). He even got out a rust stain from their washer or dryer that I didn't expect to come up. <br />"

"From the beginning, Katrina (sales rep) came out to the house. She was very pleasant and professional. I showed her the areas that were to be cleaned, and was pleased with the estimate for all work to be done every two weeks. The first few cleanings were great, loved the smell of the products that the cleaner used. At some point, two cleaners came out, but the one employee who was given our upstairs full bathrooms to do, both times that she cleaned those bathrooms, they looked as though they were hardly touched.  I emailed the branch manager, and although they offered to have someone come out and redo those bathrooms the very next day, I just told them that I just wanted to make sure that those areas are given a good thorough cleaning next time they came out. Well, since then, it was just our one cleaning lady, and for the most part she was doing pretty good, but I noticed that from one cleaning to the next, there were things left undone. I emailed once again with a complaint, and for the next cleaning, things were given that extra attention. The last cleaning done was a major disappointment. I came home from being out of town, and noticed that the vacuuming looked rushed, and there were areas not even vacuumed. My master bathroom was not cleaned at all. I called and spoke with George, who was very nice, and offered to have someone come out the next day to take care of cleaning the bathroom that wasn't done, but after I spoke with him and realized later in the evening that there were other things not done, I decided to email George and really express my disappointment and that I was paying for services that I felt were not up to my expectations. I used this cleaning service because I have an illness that makes it hard for me to keep up with all my house chores, so I really depend on this work being done. I had signed a one year contract, but George allowed me to terminate the contract without having to pay the penalty. I will say that I had a cleaning lady at one time that did such a good great job, and she set the bar so high with her quality work. Unfortunately, she retired. <br />"
