"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! You would have never believed that they were ever here!! I HIGHLY recommend Evans Quality Roofing and when it comes time to replace the front portion of my roof, I only need to make one call! "We contacted Mid-Atlantic because we had some gutters that were beginning to detach from our house. We had had new gutters installed by another company (same basic design) over 10 years ago. We also had a sun-room added about 6 years ago, which had traditional gutters on it. Mid-Atlantic sent a representative out immediately, and he was able to survey our entire roof-line, identify problems and needed repairs, and give us an estimate on each portion of the proposed work.  He also gave us an estimate for cleaning all of the gutters on our home, explaining why washing them is essential to keeping them working effectively, and giving us instructions for cleaning them ourselves if we wanted to. In the end, we chose to have Mid-Atlantic do all of the work: repairs, new gutters, and cleaning. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Our rep arrived for the initial consult early, as did the work-crew on the day they were scheduled to complete the job. They were quick and professional, and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them, particularly to anyone who lives in a wooded area where debris can clog the gutters on a house. <br />"

"This company was wonderful to work with right from the beginning (initially contacted through Angie's list on 8/15/14, estimate performed on 9/03/14, and work completed on 9/10/14).   There were a few hiccups in initial scheduling, but part of that was our fault (we weren't paying attention to the voicemail message providing us with a different phone number to call because they were having phone issues in the office).  Every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  They made us feel at ease about the work we were getting done.  <br /> Horizon's quality of work is excellent!  I realize that only time will tell, but so far we've had a couple of very heavy rains since the work was performed an no leaking has occurred.   The aluminum coating they put on the roof looks fantastic - and there are no paint splatters anywhere on the house from the coating.   The guys did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves too - we couldn't even tell they were here.  Most contractors I've dealt with, including other roofers, leave behind a giant mess to clean up - and worse, they leave nails behind for people to step on or drive over with their tires (why do contractors do that?)...   anyway, you don't have to worry about any of that with Horizon.  <br /> We are relieved to have a roofing company that is so experienced with flat roofs in Baltimore City.  Horizon Roofing, Inc. will be our permanent go-to company if/when we have any roofing issues in the future.   It is so wonderfully refreshing to receive such top notch, quality service that you can trust!  <br /> <br />"

We found good reviews for SCHAFER & GRANDSON and called. What a contrast from the larger companies! Dramatically lower price! <br /> Straight shooter, no "sale" prices, just the straight facts, no pressure. <br /> Excellent communication. <br /> Installation in one day with polite, professional, long-time employed by Schaffer team (which included the owner Dayson and trusted assistant Travis). <br /> Attention to details and unexpected discoveries (they found some moldy drywall and repaired it, former windows had been installed poorly requiring additional work on their part) and no additional cost!  <br /> The ladder used for 2nd floor had scratched the aluminum siding and Dayson and Travis came out and repaired it, (along with a couple of dings they had not done, just as a courtesy since they were up on the ladder fixing the scratches.)  <br /> So responsive, so professional, so competent, and most importantly...YOU SHOULD SEE MY BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS!!
