"Excellent. We received several bids and Mark was competitive in the pricing. His explanation of the work that needed to be done was superior and the bid was detailed and understandable. We had a few roof boards (4' x 8') that needed replacing and the old shingles needed to be removed. He has a few crews and Mark was at the job site a couple times each day. All of the crew members were polite and hard working. We wanted some separate work done that was logical to have done at the time of the roofing (dryer vent moved to through roof) and Mark had the contacts and was able to coordinate in minimal time. He has talked with us since the roofing was complete to make sure we encountered no problems over the past winter. Full roof service, quality work, professional crews."
