Jason then spent the next hour helping us locate the source of the noise - turned it it was coming from the dishwasher, which was already off...very strange. In any case, we are able to sleep tonight, and after all the time Jason put into this, he DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING!!!! "We just had a large cottonwood tree removed (approx. 80' tall and 90' in from the street).Our arborist Scott Scholz from Savatree did an excellent job of coordinating the city, the crane service, and Savattee crew in getting the tree removed. All came together within a half hour on removal day and was completed in 7 hours. The tree partially covered 4 homes and was damaged in the May 2022 snow storm. The roof top work included installing a mister system which for the most part never really worked properly and was been disbanded a few years after installed. Another part of the roof top was installing a drip system in 2008. They maintained the drip system over the years. I began to have problems with the drip system in 2019. Over the last two years after many phone calls, poor follow up and various repair visits, I determined I needed to put in a new system.
