I have been doing business with Advanced Irrigation for 10 years and have never had any problems or complaints. The employee arrives on time, is polite and professional, and is very careful when having to make repairs to the sprinkler heads. The shut-down in the fall is also done quickly and makes the system ready for the winter season. "Everything went smoothly! We purchased our home in August 2015. The backyard was always wet in an area and wasn't very inviting. Mark came to the house and we discussed different ideas of what we wanted to use the space for. He came up with the perfect design that met all of our wants and needs. "Carl came and surveyed the situation and assured me that he could repair the damaged areas of my sheet vinyl flooring with the extra material that I had on hand. He asked for a down payment of 10% and then went to pick up the materials needed to repair the floor. He returned the next day and did a great job of removing the damaged areas and replacing them with an exact fit with pieces he cut out from my extra material. After gluing them in, you could not see where he had done the work. It looked perfect. It had to set for 24 hours. He came back the next day and sealed the seams. Again, it takes 24 hours to set. He came back on the third day and removed my rubber floor molding. It was tricky as I have wallpaper butting the molding. He removed the old molding without any damage to the wallpaper. I was extremely happy about that. He then purchased the wood replacement moldings and did a very good job on installing it. I was very pleased with his work. He has all the tools and talent to probably handle any job needed around the house. I am thinking of hiring him to refinish my living room hardwood floors in the spring."

"They arrived with a truck load of stone, that was unloaded into the street. They then used a bobcat to haul small loads to the area where they were to be placed.  Amount of rock needed was underestimated so we had to wait for additional rock that was delivered within the hour. The only problem was we had a lot of rain in the spring, so the ground was soft.  The equiptment did not leave any ruts, but did kill off the grass from numerous trips across it.  This would have happened with any company.  The workers were polite."
