"He came out within about 2 hrs of me calling, which was great. He cleaned everything, replace freon, and advised me on how to handle future problems. The best thing was he did not try to sell me a new unit. All of my HVAC equipment in my house is older, and anytime I have had anyone else over for any reason they always try and sell me on new furnace/AC etc. He did not.
