"We purchased a new to us dryer and it wasn't drying well and there was a bad smell. the repair person said it was probably a bad vent. We called Jose and he came and cleaned out the vent in a timely fashion. The drying time improved but there was still a bad smell when we used the dryer. We had the appliance guy come back and he couldn't find anything wrong. We called Jose again and he returned and said there was nothing wrong in the vent. as he looked further into the problem he said that the problem was in the plug and we needed an electrician. "<p>This job was performed with excellence and professionalism from start to finish with my initial contact with customer service manager Joseph Parker for scheduling a walk-through of our home, recommending proper replacement system, bid submission, completion of installation by technicians and their training on thermostat operation, to in person home delivery of registered warranty paperwork. Joseph followed up with me on every aspect of the process to insure my satisfaction and his team's success.</p> <p>Before submitting his bid, Joseph did an inspection of our current system and layout of our vents and return throughout the home and made a special effort to crawl through some very tight areas in the attic, where access was limited to less than 3 feet and discovered damaged duct work. He was especially attentive to our concerns and desire to improve cooling in our master bedroom suite and did so by proposing the addition of a return to improve air flow and cooling in that area of our home with success!</p> <p>Joseph made an extra effort to inform and make recommendations that would benefit us as far as investment and effectiveness of a replacement system. Went to their website for dealers in my area and found ParkerAire with certifications  listed. I then joined Angie's list and saw incredible reviews on this local family owned business and decided to call for quote. </p> <p>I had two other quotes given, one lower using inferior equipment and one much higher on comparable equipment. Amazing to me that neither of the other sales person ever followed up to see what my thoughts were and what it would take to earn my business. </p> <p>We are very pleased with the work performed by the crew at ParkerAire. The technicians completed the job in one day and removed old equipment and trash. They wore shoe coverings when in the home, placed canvass tarps to cover furniture and clothing when installing return, and accessing crawl space through closet. Joshua, Phillip, Brian, and Enzo also passed our dog’s inspection. He always barks and gets very territorial with any strangers. He did not bark once or growl when I took him outside to meet the crew. I felt ok with leaving him in the house while the crew was working.
