"Awesome. Charles came out the same day, Checked out the problem, which was a collapsed return air duct. He had to leave to get a replacement air duct, returned and and made the repair. While he was here he also checked my whole house fan, which was cutting out after being on 2-3 minutes. Determined the fan was overheating, and the safety switch was turning fan off. Didn't charge any extra for checking it out. VERY PLEASED with the service Charles provided. We highly recommend him and will never call anyone else for our HVAC service."
