AFter his initial inspection of the tree, he thought that the whole tree may have to come down, which made both he and I sad as it is such a huge old oak. Once his crew was out here, they worked on preserving one section of the oak. It looks a little lopsided right now but I am very grateful that they worked so hard to save it."

The work was done while I was not home.  The trimming was just what I requested and the area was cleaned perfectly.  I couldn't have asked for better work or a cleaner job site once they left.  I would use this company again.

It took two visits to get the work done.  The first was to give me an estimate, and the second was to do the work.  From our conversation when I made the appointment I thought the work would be done on the first visit.  He was two hours late for that first visit, then told me he was only giving me an estimate when he arrived.  I could have misunderstood, but I did think work would be done that day.
