"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"March 26, 2021 at 1121am. I am changing my rating because of the follow through that Jared and his team did yesterday to take care of my concern regarding my complaint. It rained most of the morning but Jared came to the house to survey the grounds where action was required and later that day and within a couple of hours the work was completed and I am very pleased with the end, end result. A big thank you to Jared and his team for coming through on their commitment. The initial coloring was way off. I called Jared to let him know and he said that this is normal and that the color will appear and match the existing driveway. As soon as I got home and texted Jared a picture of the driveway as it was noticeably different, it was light gray. That evening, approximately 2145 hours one of his workers came to the house and looked at it. I asked if he was going to correct this and he said that he had to leave but he would be back in an hour. At 2240 Jareds worker returned and started scrubbing and washing the excess material off and the color started matching our existing driveway. I would have expected this worker to also remove the framing used to pour the additional driveway and the extended patio but he did not. It wasn't until I reached back out to Jared a few days later, 1247 and again at 1914 on March 8, 2021, 5 days after the driveway and patio was poured. Jared responded and advised that he would be out to my house on Tuesday, day 6. The framing remained for over 6 days, should have been removed the same day or the morning after."
