"Pierre and Billy were great took the time to explain the process of running the power cable, install the electrical box and install the ceiling fan, all in less than two hours. No extra or surprise charges, I'll definitely call them again."

"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

"Tech was on time and friendly. Completed maintenance in timely manner. Also provided a quote for a possible additional electrical project...chose not to complete at this time."

"They were professional and efficient. Got the job done well. They gave me some choices regarding the repair. As it was quite expensive, and I was unable to do a price comparison with an alternate company, I don't know exactly what the value for the money really is. However, I am satisfied and comfortable that for the long term, the electrical situation in my home is safe."

"Robert & team did a great job of throughly removing the old system and ensuring there were no live electrical wires. Thank you!!!"

"Came when they were scheduled and did the install when scheduled. Very timely and kept me informed on arrival times and who was coming. Excellent company."

"I hired them for a rewire of a 58 year old cinder block home. They did a great job and stayed within budget even though they hit many more challenges with the structure than anticipated. Omi is an amazing install manager and a great asset to the company. I would hire them again."

"At the time scheduled, two young gentlemen (Sam & Larry(?) I am terrible at remembering names!) arrived at the house, after calling to confirm their arrival on the drive over. They first took the time to understand exactly what the job entailed, asked good questions and listened to my answers to determine my preferences, made excellent suggestions to improve the installation appearance & function, and then proceeded to do an efficient, professional, and excellent job installing the two large TV's and one new home-theater sound system. The job was not rushed and the obviously-experienced pair paid attention to every detail, so that upon completion there were no wires to be seen and the TV's looked and sounded great. When they left, there was no debris or materials left behind, so that except for the result of the work there were no signs that workers had been there! The price was quite reasonable given the quality of the service provided, and I can confidently recommend Smart Home Services for this type of service."

"Awesome! The work was done the same of the estimate. We were told by “Mr.Sparky” two days prior that the cost was 11,000! Felix of Tower was honest and repaired what we needed done for 1100! We certainly will use Felix and Tower Electrical again.?"
