"I signed a yearly contract with them almost 6 months ago. Called 2 days ago to say I saw a roach. Apparently I have an infestation. AFTER using their services for 6 months, They didn't notice this or treat my home so this would not happen??? AND they charged me an extra $175 on top of what I pay quarterly! Would never use them again! As soon as my contract is up, I am cancelling service!"
