However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

"The crew was very friendly and explained what they would be doing.  While they were here, they noticed that one of our gutter junctions wasn't adequate for the amount of water coming off the roof, so they installed a diverter to keep the water in the gutter (rather than overflowing).  They also applied bleach and gently washed our vinyl awning, which turned out great!  And they bleached and washed our front sidewalk for free.  I will definitely use them again!
