"We had an excellent experience over the course of three days. First - the deck: The flooring in the deck in the back of our house had been replaced ten months ago but never stained. Brittney sanded the existing older surfaces and pressure washed the entire deck. The next day she taped and covered in plastic the windows and siding, then hand stained those parts of the deck. The final day she power stained the entire deck using a sold Sherwin Williams stain, then touched up a few areas by hand. Second - the front door. It was a Therma-Tru fiberglass door with a half moon transom on the top. The door was 9 years old. I purchased the Therma-Tru kit a few months earlier. On day one Brittney lightly sanded the outside of the door. On day two she taped interior and exterior surfaces, then stained the outside and inside. On day three she removed the tape. It looked beautiful. Brittney was attentive, asked me to inspect work multiple times over the three days and at the end. Vince, the owner of the business, contacted me by text several times and came at the end to meet me, inspect the work, and collect payment. It was a great experience and we'll definitely use their services again!"

"I first hired Amazing Finishes, LLC sometime last year to fix a exterior door that wouldn't close (of the 6 places that I called, Rick was the only one who was able to appear the same day). Rick showed up within an hour (good luck there, I think) and fixed it quickly at a very good price. Since then, Rick and Company have been my first choice for Home Improvement projects. The next project was to rework my rear deck and steps, after the other guy messed up. Rick and Mark fixed it to my original specs. Then, I had some remodeling done, in which I needed to have 5 sinks sealed, dropped in and and the plumbing hooked up, including new faucets; Amazing Finishes came in at a far lower price than what the recommended plumber (not through HA) would have charged me. They also resealed a window for me at a great price! And, my most recent multi-project was replacing a valve in the shower (required in-wall access), installing a shower to hose diverter, repairing 4 areas on the ceiling and installing a new J-Box in a bedroom at a great price! More recently, he figured out a way to build out the wall and install a french door on a previously open loft. He also figured out a way to remove a threshold in a door that was way too high and a tripping hazard. "BTR went to great pains to confirm the leak was with the roof, not the window.  Upon completion of the repair, the BTR rep was confident he had solved the problem -- and he was right!  (I discovered the leak a year before, which my initial roofer was not able to discern.)  Had I replaced the window (which would have meant replacing all three windows due to a manufacurer's design change), I might have paid $2500, which would have still left me with a leak.  Fixing the roof saved me both financial and mental anguish.  BTR is now my roofer of record.  Professional, courteous, pleasant to work with, and got the job done!"

"My electrician was TJ and he did an amazing job. First up was installing a new heavy chandelier in the dining room. He determined the junction box wouldn't hold the weight of the new chandelier and installed one that would. Chandelier install went great. He moved forward to installing electrical two wall sconces in the dining room. Going into this project I was fulling expecting the whole wall to require drywall repair. In the end, I have one small, very neat, hole in the kitchen that will need repair. The chandelier had two single wall switches in the dining room. He placed a dimmer on one switch and on the second he changed it out to two switches. One for the chandelier and one for the two wall sconces. This exceeded my expectations for the room. He wrapped up the day by installing a new bar light fixture of the vanity. TJ is a thoughtful and talented electrician. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and would recommend Fairway Electric."
