"Once we got things worked out it went well. We had to reschedule because of some conflicts that prevented us getting the items ready. When I called to reschedule, I got someone on a cell phone. I explained my situation and rescheduled. Unfortunately they were no shows on the reschedule date. My guess is that because he was on a cell phone, the information didn't get recorded properly. Once I called back and  told them what happened, they happily rescheduled and showed up when they said they would.
I will use them again when we clean out our basement.
