"Two two service providers who came to our home to clean lived up to their professional obligations, and did so at a price that was very good. They did arrive late, but communicated timely and clearly via email that they would be arriving late. The performance of their cleaning was not particularly satisfactory; it was adequate at best. I simply don't think they are experienced, dedicated cleaners. Their work was not bad, but I prefer to have the home looking really nice with little for me to do afterwards. This was not the case. If you are just satisifed with a very basic service, this might be good for you, but if you want your home looking really clean, I would expect there to be other services that may be a better match (though I expect them to cost more as well)."

"Contacted Mike and he indicated he wanted to look through the home to give an accurate quote. The next day, they were at the home and toured the entire home to properly gauge the scope of work. They provided a quote that was all inclusive with no surcharges. Their crew came out early Saturday morning and after the weekend and more truckloads than anticipated, the home was clear of everything. They committed to completing the job by a certain date and delivered without increasing their price.
In one room, they even tore out carpet to properly remove all the old junk that had adhered to the carpeting.
