"Since moving to Indiana, I’ve had two other companies working on my yard. It was a complete mess. For the past couple of years, I’ve seen Larry’s sign (he happens to live just around the corner), and thought “what the heck. I’ve already spent $$ what’s a little more.” Well, God sent me an angel. Larry is everything that the previous reviewers have said and more. Yard looks beautiful, grass is finally growing under the tree. You absolutely cannot go wrong in hiring Rocksolid, Larry, and his crew. P.S. I will be dropping my present snow removal company and hiring Larry for the job."

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"First it was all good but then the lillies came back up in the new grass. When I contacted them they said it would cost another $350 after I already spent over $2000 for what was suppose to be then care of. Talked to Steve after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from him and basically it was sorry but too bad. I am 70 yr old so I'm digging them out myself and will fill in the dirt and seed again. Just hard to find good customer service even when you look on line for good ratings. Apparently they don't stand by their work."

When some areas were slow to grow, he even came back to reseed without hesitation. Excellent communication and top-notch service—highly recommend!"
