"At the end of 2025, I left a voice mail message with Accura Land Surveying. The following day I received a return call from a woman to discuss my land surveying needs. She was helpful and we were able to schedule a surveying appointment time in the near future. Mr. Going, Accura Land Surveying, arrived on time and we discussed my surveying needs. He was very easy to talk with, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He took many measurements of our exterior home and upon completion, he rang our doorbell stating what he had done, and that he'd be back soon with the report. True to his word, he returned within a couple of days. I was amazed at the detail, both drawn out picture of our property and wording, on the surveyor's report. "Survey was completed in a timely fashion. Some +\- measurements on report were disappointing. No geo coordinates mentioned like on previous surveys we had. Contacted them a month later for a staked survey and wanted $500 - I mentioned they had done a location report and though that since they had already done the work we should get a somewhat discounted rate to which he replied the $500 was discounted from the normal 600-700 they usually charge. Decided to use another company who did the staked survey for less."

"When I called to ask the owner for a reference, I was concerned to find that my property measurement was coming up short per my deed.  I asked if there was a visible area on the street to find his pin.  I had found the pin to the west property line.  So, I was worried about the missing feet that I came up short.  The owner of the company came out in the rain to show me where his pin was.  The one on the road was missing, so he showed me one that was into a tree line and that's when it all made sense and my missing property was found.  The owner of the company was very professional and didn't talk down to me at all.  I was impressed with his professionalism and his demeanor."
