Was assured by Metronet (Tracie) they would definitely remove all AT&T equipment. wires/cords when their installer came out to set up their system. Installer did not do this and told me he wasn't familiar with AT&T system but told us we could cut the cords, adding we might need to pull them from under the crawl space. BNW technician was on time, polite and efficient. He did get rid of a bunch of cords/wires and made the area 100% better, not all cluttered up. The job didn't take long and cost $125, which was the quoted price. The One Star rating is only because its something I shouldn't have had to take care of in this way. I've been with AT&T for 30 years, and Metronet assured me they would remove everything related to AT&T."
