Cleanup was so thorough that the next day you wouldn't even know that such a major project had taken place. It has been 2 weeks since the new roofs and we haven't seen even one stray nail left behind (and they did a complete tear down to both buildings, right down to the wood). An excellent company with which to do business. I offer my highest possible recommendation."

"Mike and his crew did a awesome job at our house. From the get go Mike was in contact letting me know when he thought materials would arrive and trying to line up a start day for his crew. I wasn’t able to be there the first couple days so Mike took pics and sent them to me to stay in the loop. Any further damage or weird things found we discussed and came up with a plan together. The crew was super polite and easy to talk to. They brought their own trailer to haul off debris and made sure to clean up daily. I would highly recommend these guys!"

Even in below freezing temperatures, he got my roof installed quickly and efficiently, and even let me borrow his kerosene heater to help warm the house up and hasten the shingles settling down into their proper position. *Edit* Couple of years after the roof was installed, and I gotta say, it still looks spectacular. I have absolutely zero complaints. Highly recommend."

"The team did a great job with fixing the leak in one visit; even using existing shingles and matching the color of the siding they replaced on the chimney. The crew also did a great job cleaning up the work site. The area of improvement for this company is in billing. We received a bill that listed out each of the items for which we were being charged, but the costs were not itemized. Only a total was provided. They also charge 3% for using your credit card. Those are the reasons I gave them a B on price. <br />"

"Highly recommend RoofSmart! Due to storm damage we needed a new roof and siding so contacted Dave. He was quick to respond and come do an estimate. Also went to bat for us with the insurance company when they underestimated materials needed for repairs and what they would pay. He and Grant got us on the schedule quickly and the crew was super fast to get the work done. Entire new roof on house & detached garage, all new siding, downspouts and gutters. Even had them put in a couple new windows in addition to fixing the storm damage. Our old farmhouse looks so much better and is even warmer! Will call them again if we need more of this type of work in the future."

"The crew was nice. Work seemed to go well until the internet quit working. They could not seem to get it working again. The owner said he would gladly pay for the internet provider to come out and fix the equipment on the new roof. Once we received the bill we contacted him by phone with him promising to come out. We contacted him again, same promise. He finally quit answering calls from our number. Called from another number, he answered, promised to be out that week. We mailed him a copy of the bill, we emailed him a copy of the bill and went as far as finding his crew and speaking with the foreman who promised Mr. Valdez would call the next day. We can only assume he never had any intention of reimbursing us for this expense after at least a dozen different forms of attempted contact."
