Jett and Emily are absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. We recently hired them to landscape a sloped area where we were battling erosion near our foundation. Not only did they listen to our concerns, they offered advice that would work best for our foundation, burning bushes, lawn, and budget. We had a contract that evening and materials delivered two days later. Jett and Emily were kind, respectful, honest people who worked meticulously with an eye for details others might ignore. "Purchased 19 arbivide trees and 4 other trees last summer. All the arbivide were dead this spring and all had a 1 year guarantee. Been trying to get this addressed since April 2022. It is now the end of June. I have never been able to talk to the same person. Each one has a different story. Been lied to 3 times. And had one sales person tell me she was directed to put me off and not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a complete rip off and no customer service or follow through on guarantee. Spent 4000.00 and still have 19 dead trees in my yard."
