"Our patio had been damaged by our oak tree’s roots. We need the pavers removed, the roots cut away, and the pavers put back down. John was great to work with and had very good pricing. He had a vision and I’m glad we went with it. Givani was a super hard worker and did an INCREDIBLE job on our back patio. I love our patio again!"

"Brian at Apex was very knowledgeable. He walked us through all of the options and was never pushy with his opinions...just matter of fact. He pointed us to the most popular combinations and spent s lot of time at their showroom as we looked at tile and pavers. We got three quotes and while Apex was not the lowest, we felt that they understood what we wanted and paid the most attention to detail when it came to the pavers, the draining, our patio, and all of the other factors, We were not looking for a cheap remodel...we wanted it done right. His team did an amazing job. There were some delays due to weather (you can't plaster a pool when it might rain) but in the end it was well worth the wait. The Florida gem surface is awesome, as is the new tile and the pavers. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. We even had a small problem that we didn't notice until the week after they finished and inspections were approved (and after we had paid in full), and they sent someone out the same day to repair it. This is an honest stand up company that I would recommend to anyone,"

"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Indiantown, FL

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
