"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. Honest salesperson ( did not try and cheap out on door glides and glass thickness). The install was great. The installation crew were professional and taped off everything in the house - almost no dust, etc. 100% satisfied."
