"Steve Parker of Duramax responded quickly to our concerns about a roof leak, arriving at our house only two hours after I called him. He made necessary repairs around a fireplace vent in less than an hour. A company I contacted earlier had sent a representative who didn't even go up on the roof but asked me to call him Friday after the next time it rained. After seeing the photos Steve took, I'm sure the roof would have leaked again had I waited. Steve was courteous and professional, and understanding about our concerns. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to friends."

"If this is the incorrect company, please disregard this review. About a year ago, I was looking to have a roof repaired on a house I had purchased in the Indianapolis, IN area; I was still living out of state and was collecting quotes. I remember the names of the employees being Adam, Beverly, and Mark. This complaint is for Mark: If you are so stupid that you gamble $150 on leads over Angi.com, then you have no right to get angry when those leads fall through for whatever reason. You are not entitled to a cent of that money back. The only reason why I contacted Angi.com to get your money back is that I felt bad for you, having been in customer acquisition before, so I asked Adam what I could do to help, and he told me I could reach out to Angi.com and explain what happened so you get a refund, DESPITE him telling me several times not to worry about it. Then, you acted rude to my realty agent. I then reported your unprofessional behavior and terrible customer service conduct to Beverly, who said she would "take care of it" and apologized for your behavior. You then acted rude to my realty agent for the second time. So, Mark, consider this review your punishment. Since I do not see any mention of a Mark anywhere on Moss Roofing, I hope that means that Beverly fired your utterly stupid a***. Mark, you are rude and infantile and do not deserve to have employment with your clear lack of customer service skills as well as your incredibly stupid money-spending habits. To Beverly and Adam: Thank you for listening to my complaint I made over the phone a year ago - it appears you actually care about your customers."

"Jason is the BEST! I have had 2 different contractors over the last 2 years for a persistent roof leak impacting an area in the kitchen ceiling. One of those contractors came 3 times and did some caulking in the area. This lasted 1 year and as you might guess, the heavy 2 days of rain during the 2nd week in April left me with the same leaks in the same areas. Sheward Contractors was one of the referrals that I received, but I was skeptical as to whether he would be able to truly fix my issue after 2 years of dealing with this leak. Immediately upon meeting Jason, I began to feel more confident in a resolution. He listened patiently while I recounted the history of my issues, he evaluated the roof area and came back with pictures and recommendations. The pictures showed the caulking had cracked and also he felt a hole deep behind the shingles in that area where water could seep in with heavy rains and pooling of water. He also showed me pictures of a clogged dryer venting system right beside the problem area that may or may not have contributed to the issue. None of the other contractors even informed me that my dryer vented to the roof. I was surprised about this information but grateful for Jason and his thoroughness in explaining it all to me. Jason responded to my emergency situation and gave priority to fixing my roof by removing shingles, installing new flashing, replacing shingles and also replacing the dryer vent with a better dryer venting system after cleaning out around the area opening. Jason, thank you so much for your excellent service to your customers, your expertise in your chosen profession, your kindness and your overall responsiveness to what are usually stressful circumstances for your customers. I also know by your ethical communications and manner that you plan to stand by your solution, such that even if something did not work as planned, I know that I can count on you to assist with a resolution. Thank you for standing out from the masses."

"It went very well. I had seen them do a few of my neighbors' roofs 3 years ago and was impressed with how they worked (and cleaned up). For that reason I didn't get a second quote, so I really don't know if the price was high or not. It just seemed high since it wasn't being paid by insurance. Everyone did what they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it. The supervisor was here nearly all day. Even the guy who came for the trailer late in the day did another thorough clean up of the driveway and sidewalk. The roof looks great!"

These reviews were not exaggerated; we only had to pay our deductible for a huge amount of repairs. We were well prepared for the repairs by the instructions they gave us. The work proceeded according to schedule; the cleanup was very thorough. Their crews were nice, polite and clean. There was no smoking on our property. "They were excellent. They arrived early in the morning, tore off the old roof, made repairs to some of the boards on the roof and did excellent prep for the shingles. They had five or six men working, who were all considerate, and a couple of them continued to clean up between different stages of the job. The owner of the company was there the whole day and provided oversite and was very approachable for my questions. They installed a third static vent in my roof free of charge, and I noticed that my second floor seemed cooler that night. They straightened my gutters and did top quality work from start to finish. They also finished the job in one work day and cleaned up very thoroughly. I am completely satisfied and give my highest recommendation for Rodeffer Roofing."
