He did a great job!! My deck and front porch area looks sharp and the trim on the house really pops out with the rest of the house color.  I had boards on the back deck that needed replacing and also the wood trim on many of the windows needed replacing as well.  He did an expert job!  He was very meticulous with his work.  If he saw an area that needed to be redone, he did it without my input.  He treated his work on my house as if he was working on his own.

Barry was very friendly and professional.  I was comfortable with him the moment he shook my hand and introduced himself.  The bid was by the job and not the hour.  This could lend toward doing the work too fast.  Not with Barry.  He took his time and did everything right!  I will hire him again when I need repairs done.

"Menards is where we bought the replacement door and they don't have to put the door knob hole in the correct place. The door was a little too narrow and the door knob hole shows a little, but otherwise the work was fine. We didn't know before the installation that Jeld-wen is a better place to buy new doors."

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Exterior Wood Restoration came out originally and gave us a quote.  They are a tad higher but with the 5 year warranty they give, it's totally worth it.  The first day they come out to clean and condition your fence.  They power wash it and use a certain type of conditioner that they only use. Then they come back a couple days later, depending on the weather (for us it was the next day), and apply the stain.  They had 2 guys working on our fence and they they did a very good, clean job. We were nervous about it possibly getting on our neighbors house since they spray it on and not paint or roll it on, but they did a good job it make sure it stay on the fence.  The gates next to our house they did do by hand as to not get it on our house.  They left us some stain for touch ups that we find and cleaned up quick. Plus the stain had a orange scent so it smelled fantastic.  Overall we really liked EWR and we would use them again.

"Wasn't that happy with the length of time it took to get service after paying for it in advance (over 1 month), but was pleased with the service and level of professionalism. they do some additional work, but I would be very specific about what you need. I asked for two chimney caps to be placed and was told after they arrived that my chimney's were too high. Well, I could have likely had that completed a month or more prior while waiting for the service and probably would have picked a vendor who could do everything at once. Still have to find someone else, but the chimney sweep was just fine. I would use them again, but probably not the pre-pay option given all the challenges and wait that occurred.
