Mr. Ridenour arrived right on time with the crew to review with the foreman and I what the work would be. They dove right in and worked quickly and safely through a pretty hot morning. When all was said and done, they'd removed four diseased trees, treated and trimmed one diseased tree, ground the stump from one tree, converted two of those trees into nice fireplace size logs for me and trimmed some pine branches off the exterior of my house. My firewood was neatly stacked, all the twigs and pinecones were raked up and disposed of and everything was complete within three hours or so. The crew was friendly, polite, professional and made sure to check with me at various points to ensure felling the trees didn't destroy any of my favorite trees, shrubs or plants in the vicinity. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and while I hope not to have any more diseased trees that need to be taken down, I now know who to call."
