"I'm not quite ready to call these guys frauds, but they're so close to the line it's hard not to. While the cleaning service itself was good (well done, actually), the business is awful. IN the first place, I don't like online services surprising me with a $59 a month membership fee with a 6-month term. That's what happened here. You cannot avoid the membership fee if you get service. And to cancel, you have to pay $105 early cancellation fee. It is all in their initial "Deal" page - but you have to dig to the bottom, literally under a subhead "The Fine Print." But that's way after the transaction button. Fees are not mentioned as part of the initial offering. According to California and the FTC, online vendors MUST disclose all mandatory monthly fees in the initial advertised price. That means all costs must be clearly mentioned when you are showing various cost scenarios. Not tucked under a clever subhead. My advice - AVOID THIS SERVICE."
