"Our attic entry with attached ladder was repaired by Hernandez framing. Mr. Hernandez is professional, polite, and punctual. If he was running late, he would text and let us know. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced. We would recommend him to do any work and will be calling him for other projects."

"Carl has been our go-to contractor for many years. He did my grandmother’s flooring, patio rebuild, foundation restructuring on a hillside home after an earthquake, and much more. He did a patio addition for my mother-in-law. He has done many jobs for myself: resetting toilets, redoing doors, repairs on appliances, mechanical work, plumbing, flooring, and structural maintenance and repairs to name just some of the work he has done for me. I have personally seen his work from the 1980’s and on and have never been disappointed at all. His ability to create and redesign an area to be more functional is always great and beautiful as well."

"I would like to start this review letting everyone know that Willie and Jesus were not hired to re model my home simply because I could not afford them. I have a large re model job that moves the kitchen to the back corner of the house, knocks out a few walls in the living room, adds a small wet bar, adds a master bed/bath/walk in closet, extends a bedroom in the front of the house, re models an existing bathroom and adds a new front portico, with lots of roofing to be done. These two guys came to my home and met with my wife and I and seemed really down to earth, and seemed very professional. Due to reading reviews on them not meeting appointment times, I have to note they were a few minutes early for the appointment. What I gathered from these guys is they are building a new partnership, they are willing to work any job at the right price, and they want to get the job done correctly and the customer to be fully satisfied with the job after completion. I interviewed 4 contractors to include them, they were the third highest bid over 65k higher then the second, the highest was 65k over theirs. The first and second place bids were 4k off each other's prices. I think they would of done a fine job, but just way over budget for my family and I. I thought I should leave a review for these guys because they took the time to come out and speak with my wife and I, and they seem like good people, maybe they just got this once off a little."
