"A/C issue, followed by a Heat issue. In the spring, I had a A/C issue and called multiple A/C repair companies. Sun Kool, was the only one, that would come on the same day. Then came our first big chill. Again, another failure. I called Sun Kool and they came out same day. A blown fuse in the heat exchanger. Replaced, system checked out, back in business. Then the fuse blew again. After inspection it was found that a ground wire failed. Sun Kool's staff checked everything for a lengthy amount of time and took care of the issue at no extra charge.
