How long does a pool deck take to install?

For a pool deck of 100 to 300 square feet, expect a professional installation to take at least five to seven days. It may take even longer if you need extensive site prep, hardscaping, or tree removal, or if there are delays in getting a permit. If you’re building a very complex, elevated, or multi-level pool deck, expect the project to take two to four weeks.

How do you clean a pool deck?

The best way to clean most pool decks of grime is with a pressure washer, though you’ll need to research the material of your deck to make sure you don’t damage it. Always pretreat the surface with the proper cleaning agent and test your pressure washer on a small area before cleaning the whole thing.

How do you know what size pool deck you need?

"OK, but they used inferior non-lifetime screws. Now, 7 years later, nearly all the firing strips are starting to rot out and roof leakage is beginning. The screws used did not create a good seal and water was allowed to get through the holes in the sheet metal into the furing strips (which are used to stand the metal off the shingle roof. So now I am having to pays nearly the cost of the original roof to fix all this and have proper screws put in. Original 5 year warranty expired. See picutes. Also note, did not even bother to cover roof vent, attic open to bugs, etc."

We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit.
