"It took 22 weeks for HydroTech Pools to compete our pool and deck. During this lengthy process, they were inexplicably uncommunicative and unapologetic for the delays. Crews came and went with weeks of waiting in between and the whole job was rarely supervised. There were a number of mishaps ... piles of fill left for months, construction garbage left at the side of the house, an empty pool left empty with no caution barrier, people showing up to install equipment that hadn't been delivered. While we watched other pool companies completing two comparable pools nearby in less than 13 weeks, it was a frustrating experience for us as seasonal residents with limited time in Florida. The job failed several inspections and it took them additional weeks to remedy these minor issues. Towards the end of the project, we sent them a respectful letter highlighting some of the issues that had occurred and making a few constructive suggestions. The owner was completely unresponsive. While the pool looks fine so far, it wasn't worth the hassle with all the other pool companies out there. We cannot recommend this company."

"This project was not done as promised and has not gone well.. They dried the carpeting just fine and inserted mold prevention in the walls. They finished the job but the baseboards were done so poorly, they need to be redone. They also committed to cleaning the carpet from paint they got on it but they never have. They left the furniture all displaced on one side of the room and we are senior citizens who can't move the furniture back. Do not hire this company."

"The problem with this company is they don’t honor their warranty. If you read the A reviews they are usually for the initial work the F reviews are because they don’t ever come back once they get your money. I filed a complaint with the BBB ( you can go to BBB website put in JJAM construction and read the complaints) this company said they would come back and fix my gutters but never showed up. They also say they have BBB accreditation but that was revoked due to many unresolved issues. Stay away from this company!! If they do decide to come and honor their warranty and fix my gutters I will update."
