WE WERE NOT THERE DURING THE WORK (WHICH IS UNNERVING FOR US) BUT ARRIVED TO A NEW FURNACE, CLEAN AIR DUCTS AND NO SIGN THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE OTHERWISE. IT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND I WILL USE SHEREN AGAIN. <br />"

"I needed carpets cleaned on short notice. I had originally called Scott's Carpet Cleaning and when they were not available, they highly recommended Bigelow Carpet. I called, left a message and they got back to me right away. They were able to fit me in on the day I needed. Steve called me that morning to keep me informed of arrival time. Pricing is based on sq ft. Upon arrival, he measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me a quote. I got a 10% discount because there was no furniture in the house. He did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets and they were dry in a few hours. He also checked the dryer vent and air vents and made some recommendations.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely call Bigelow again in the future. <br />"
