"I purchased a mid-century condo in the Queen Anne Neighborhood 3 years ago and had contemplated a kitchen remodel from the day I moved in… Removing a wall separating the kitchen from an expansive view of Mt Rainier, the City & the Sound was my primary motivation. My hesitation was the number of horror stories I had heard about “living through a remodel ”and how every project inevitably takes longer than estimated and cost over runs are hard to control. I had a clear vision of what I wanted but no real idea how to achieve that within a reasonable timeframe and on budget. I was referred to DP Palmer by a close friend. After meeting with Larry and reviewing the scope of the job and timeframe I was apprehensively excited to begin. From the first morning I realized that his crew of 4 were not only fast, efficient and incredibly talented but also worked together as a well-oiled machine.
