This is after multiple service calls and even having to repaint our ceiling due to damage caused by their work. At this point, it feels like we are paying repeatedly for issues that stem from poor installation and unresolved root problems. A 4-year-old system should not be this unreliable, and customers should not have to keep footing large bills for recurring issues ? especially under warranty. I strongly recommend getting second opinions and asking detailed questions before using this company. We will absolutely be using a different HVAC company moving forward"
