"Cody was professional and efficient. He had great skill in the water damaged kitchen ceiling that had occurred due to a neighbor's ice maker leaking through to my ceiling from upstairs. The work looks beautiful!! He has a great technique for repairing this kind of damage and it's faster and less invasive than some assessments that I received. Beautiful!!"

"Dave was a pleasure to work with. Reasonably priced and he did fantastic work. He cleaned up his stuff daily and communicated well when he would arrive. He was very particular about his work and told us he would fix anything we noticed. Most definitely would hire Dave for more projects!"

"Our laminate tiles were separating and the transitions, between the front room hardwood floor and kitchen, and between the hall and the bedroom were not staying in place. The laminate flooring was laid 2 years ago by someone else. I wish I'd known Dylan then."

"He did a good job."

"A big storm in March caused what seemed to be a pretty big leak in my roof. Kole was able to show up the very next day, locate the issue quickly and fix the problem . He then checked the rest of my roof without being asked and performed some preventative maintenance to avoid similar issues in the future. It is now June and we have experienced no additional leaking."

"So Awesome and Highly Recommend! I recently moved into this charming house with 18 windows, which desperately needed Cleaning! storms, glass windows, and screens! It was a mix ... as some windows were accessible, and some needed a lot of attention and expertise to get access for Cleaning, or to even open up! I am so thrilled and excited to have this job done and complete, so that I can start making this house my home! everything from the initial consultation, easy communication and reach ability, extremely nice and caring , to the totally finished project was worry free and STELLAR experience . I am so grateful that I found MAE WOODS PROPERTIES !!! and I will definitely use them again for future projects!"

"They did an outstanding job and were great to work with. Timely communication, were 100% on time with schedule commitments. Very professional and skilled in their work the moment they first arrived."

"I'm happy with the work and help and it was a huge relief to have it done."
