"Mark is always responsive to our handyman requests for our rentals and he gets to them just as soon as possible.  He is quite busy so sometimes the work has to be scheduled two or three weeks in advance, but he tries to fit you in if it is an emergency or there is a deadline.  We have used him multiple times and usually we are very pleased with his work.  Occasionally, if he is trying to hurry, painting and drywall work can be a bit sloppy, but that is my only minor negative comment. <br />"
