From the initial conversation to the end, Mark was very accommodating. He also gave us some idea as well. Originally he was going to have more guys to work on the lawn, but ended up having 2 guys working on it due to one other guy was not available. At first I was a bit skeptical on the progress, but at the end it turned out amazing. He even came over to check on the lawn a week after it was completed to make sure it's done correctly.
