"Overall excellent. The first job was the roof, upstairs windows and gutter guards. They used Timberline 50 year shingles, they were prompt and professional, did a very good clean up. The window guys were terrific. Fast, answered all our questions and took the time to explain the care and use of our new replacement windows.
Second job was to replace an old (35 years old) shed in the backyard. Excellent job. Got exactly what we wanted. A larger, barn shaped shed with concrete floor and heavy duty roll up door. Once again, they were prompt, polite and professional.
Third job new front doors and downstairs replacement windows. They also had to jack up the front porch and get it back on it's cement footing. A combination of the flood and then the really dry conditions played havoc with it. It was done by the same great window guys.
It will be 2 years since the roof was done and there have been no problems at all. There hasn't been a problem with any of the work they have done. Everything was not a smooth road, but the little blips are not even worth mentioning.
"

"Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."

"He found a problem with the way my bathroom vent was installed, and he solved that problem before continuing - very much appreciated! The job was done on time, on budget, and professionally handled. It was a mess afterwards, but that is the way it goes with dense-packed insulation. And there were a few nicks on the new sheetrocked walls because of the equipment, but again, not sure that can be avoided. I would hire him again, without reservation.
"

"Ronald was here within 2 hours of my call. He went in the attic so I could show him where it leaks, then out on the roof. After carefully inspecting, he determined one small place that could possibly be the problem. He goes to his truck, comes back with a small bit of tar, patches the place. He's done but assures me that if it continues to leak that he'll be right back out and to let him know.
I asked him if they took credit cards and he said - Oh, no charge for this. We don't charge unless we actually DO something. Well, he DID actually do something - but he nicely refused. I've never heard of a company who made a house call for free - and with a small repair, it's still free. You can bet when I need to replace my roof that I'll call them.
"

"I had a nasty leak in my roof and had a terrible time finding a roofer in Duluth who would even return my calls. Peak not only answered their phone, but put me immediately in touch with a roofer to take care of me.

He came to my house and estimated the job without requiring me to be there (a big plus), then confirmed the estimate via phone. Once I gave the OK the work was completed quickly and ahead of schedule. I can only assess the work from the inside, but the leak is fixed and everything is dry as a bone.

My only complaint, and it's a pretty small one, is that the roofer who did the work did not immediately call me to let me know the job was done.

All in all an excellent experience."
