The 1st window maker he contracted this work out to delivered a window with the wrong design, so Rolando on his own accord identified another maker and got the correct design made. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has.
