"When I called they were very nice and said that they probably wouldn't get out to look at my yard until Monday, with the next day being good friday. I wasn't expecting them until after Easter anyway, so I was fine with that. To my surprise, I got home from work on good friday to find that they had already been there and left a detailed estimate on my door. I called on Monday, expecting to get the usual high pressure type of call that you get with most lawn service companies. It was the total opposite. They simply went over the estimate and asked me which services I wanted. They didn't try to force extra services on me or try to sell me something that I didn't need or want.
