He offered to come out that same day, but I wasn’t able to accommodate. He and his employee came out the next day, right on time, and resolved the issue, and cleaned up, within 1.5 hours. He removed the blockage and all the debris from my chimney. He replaced the vent and reconnected it back into my chimney. All were nice and respectful. When he was done, he explained everything they did. I was happy to learn he also does electrical work. I will certainly use those services from him when needed. Highly recommend!"
