He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. ".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"

"Chris was great to work with. I purchased the deal here on Angie's list, he scheduled an appointment and came out on time. He was very upfront and honest. I was 300 sq over the deal, but only cost an extra $450.  I also had him quote gutter guards, he had a sample on him and quoted a very reasonable price. Was able to schedule a couple of days latter for the work. The shingles were dropped off while I was leaving for work, when I came home they were just putting on the finishing touches. Looked everything over the next day and am very satisfied. Yard is cleaner now than before they came. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. <br />"

"Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."
