"The installation went great.  The two gentlemen that came out did an excellent job.  We were very pleased.  They told us that if we needed anything to give them a call.  They showed us how to use the fence.  When they walked our beagle, they told us that she might need a higher number and the next size transmitter.  Well, sure enough she went through the fence, but came back through it.  My husband called and left two messages about getting the next size transmitter.  No one returned his calls and it has been several weeks.  We have to watch our beagle carefully.  Our other two dogs have done wonderful with the fence. <br />"
