"Pinnacle Roof 786 company was recommended by Angi, and I have already felt their enthusiasm and sincerity on the phone. The roof replacement project is so important that we need the contractor reliable and trustful, . I'm glad that they didn't disappoint me. It was completed in one day. The roof was replaced perfectly and the workers did a good job of cleaning up after completion. I hope the new roof can stand the test of wind and rain, and my review will be follow up ."

"This company is awful! I had all my windows replaced by them. And not 3 years later the seals popped. I called to get replacements cause you are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, they tell me they will not replace them due to using a different manufacturer which I don?t know how they can even push that onto the consumer. Finally after weeks of fighting g they ?say? there gonna do the right thing and replace the windows to only have rescheduled on us 3 times so far. This company is a joke. "

"5 stars Excellent work, arrived and finished on schedule. Workers were very courteous. Dan and/or Pat showed up at least once a day to make sure that everything was progressing as planned. Answered all our questions and addressed every concern. Great company, very reliable! We highly recommend them!"

"They installed our roof in the pouring down rain. Asked multiple times for them to stop, they did not. Paid for the 50 year warranty. Our roof has flaws now that require repairs especially with the winter months approaching. I reached out on Facebook and within seconds my question was deleted and I was blocked. My wife reached out to Jeff Brett and received a response to now find out that he too has blocked her. This company will not admit to their mistakes nor take the appropriate action to correct them. Call and either they don't answer or we get the run around. On top of all of this they damaged hundreds if not a few thousand worth of my brand new flashing and vinyl siding. This company is not worth their word nor contracts considering they are actively breaking the agreement in which we signed for. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"

I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."
